As Santa Rosa’s largest street fair, the Wednesday Night Market has always been proud to bring the highest quality artisans, farmers, chefs and craftsmen out to the market each year. 2018 Arts, Crafts, & Retail Sales - this application is available for all local artists, craft vendors and local retail stores who will be selling products at the market.
2018 NonProfit Community Service Agency App - this application is available for all Federal tax-exempt community service agencies that wish to tell their story to Market attendees.
2018 Food Vendor App - this application is available for vendors that prepare, heat, cook, combine, keep chilled, and/or serve non-packaged products that are ready-to-eat.
2018 Pre-prepared Food App - this application is for vendors whom wholly produce, manufacture, and packages products for sale that are NOT ready-to-eat. A pre-prepared food vendor may sell baked goods providing that the vendor produces the majority of ingredients of that product.
2018 4th Street Vendor App - this application is only available for those downtown merchants with a storefront located along the market's existing footprint.

FREE SPEECH AREA - For those individuals or organizations that do not fit within the categories listed above and who do not want to participate as a sponsor we offer a free speech area located on the East side of the intersection at 4th and B street between the grove of Redwood trees. PLEASE CHECK IN with the information booth at 4th and Courthouse Square across from Exchange Bank prior to setting up at the free speech area. All persons participating in the Free Speech area must sign-in at the information booth. The following are NOT ALLOWED at the free speech area: Tables over 6ft, pop up tents/canopies, sales of any kind, amplified music/sound, free food disbursement and harassment of market goers. Persons found in violation of these rules will be asked to leave the market.
