The Santa Rosa
Downtown Market is run by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. Market
Director, Tracey Pugh, is a professional manager who is a participating
member of the International Festivals and Events Association (an
organization of more than 1,000 festivals from around the world.) A
Farm Market Manager manages the farm segment of the Market, under a
contract with the Market.
The Santa Rosa
Downtown Market is a fiscally-sound, professionally-run, non-profit (501
C (4)) organization. Over seventy-five percent of our revenue is
generated through vendor's fees and merchandise sales. Sponsors and
donors make up the remainder, allowing the community to enjoy this summer
celebration free of charge.
